paid my booking too for the 450sqft today..the SA told loan panel is Maybank,HLB,UOA & OCBC only..is that right ? what the best loan rate offer right now ?

I also already book the unit between 0-6th floor..lets say future u want to sell & the financing margin is 80% only, what buyer can do is to markup loan to lower the D/P price..my 2 cents smile.gif

received a call from developer's lawyer said that signing of SNP will be on this Saturday from 10am-5pm..
