O ok, then I'm in the list already. biggrin.gif
I'm the one with the long ass appliance list in the other FB thread.
I didnt note no1, good catch.
For no 2 im amazed too. The sc couldnt really say why, he also O.o! about it.
no 4 So it IS true, I was mentally comparing it and felt the 450 toilet was longer. I don't think its so cramped until touching the thigh tho, atleast for the 520ft.

For door, if its not noticeable on the other side, should be ok. Just if a fire happens your door is weakened with holes.

I'm quite dissapointed at the cooking area. Super small. And its front to back, not left to right, wtf.

Heres some pics for ya all.

Hello all, just wondering is it true for 500sqft units and below there's no way to let natural lighting come into the living room? Because the bedroom totally blocks the main window, or there's nothing in between them.

Also I truly can't imagine the kitchen odour lingering there without any outlet save for the hob vacuum.

But other than that the place looks sterling..

I am looking towards VP, feeling good about Hyve after visiting it recently. Not sure what happened to the AC installation but to me can be fix easily, does not bother me anyway since I am adding another AC.

Hmm .. by the look of the cabinets cant really gauge the feel with the color provided, not really sure to love it or hate it for now ..lol .. havent decide on what theme and ID for my unit. Probably have to wait till VP.

Anyhow I am really glad a few years back I made my decision to buy Hyve instead of CyberSquare. Facade wise is much much better in my own opinion, no offense to CyberSquare owners.

BTW, about the shortcut to Shaftsbury Shoplots, is it accessible at night? Would be great if it does. Walking distance conveniences. No complains on Hyve locations.

My last visit saw most of the Shaftsbury Square shoplots were occupied by tenants, great sign of business picking up.

Landscaping , yet to complete, anxiously anticipating it.

Time flies. biggrin.gif

i'm eyeing 450sqf or 520sqf 1+1 unit.
even though after discount etc, initial cost less than RM10k, specifically RM6k++ and RM7k++ for those units but i prefer to withdraw to cover the cost of renovation required later on.

again as what jamesPond said
depends your unit is under residential or commercial
if residential, should be able to withdraw EPF

having said that, i dont forsee much reno is required with kitchen cabinet provided
and it shouldnt cost much to furnish a 520sf apartment

there is a controversial view as to whether or not commercial units can be used as residential legally
but that one i leave it to u to dig further lah

commercial is obviously less appealing than residentials for various reasons
loan tenure is shorter causing higher installments..interest rates are higher too
upon selling it off later, GST might also come into play

but commercial units will help 3rd prop and above buyers avoid 30% down payment ruling

i asked the SA just now, she said only 2 units available, 510 putrajaya view 405k before discount and 580sqf unit top floor, 2 car parks 460k before discount.

i don't think i would pay for the price, i'm looking for kanvas soho now.
they still has higher floor unit starting from 300k

kanvas soho is more value for money based on the price and the finishing offered.

for residential unit, basically it's 100% loan after they deduct the discount if you applied for 90% loan.

Most if not all SA claim only 2 units available.

100% loan will haunt the bank later.
