i asked the SA just now, she said only 2 units available, 510 putrajaya view 405k before discount and 580sqf unit top floor, 2 car parks 460k before discount.

i don't think i would pay for the price, i'm looking for kanvas soho now.
they still has higher floor unit starting from 300k

kanvas soho is more value for money based on the price and the finishing offered.

for residential unit, basically it's 100% loan after they deduct the discount if you applied for 90% loan.

Most if not all SA claim only 2 units available.

100% loan will haunt the bank later.

If snake oil sellers claimed 50 unit is available mean more like over 100 units available.

Question is how much more than the loan u can cover.
I'd be surprised if cannot cover loan.

Except students, foreigners and people on black list, if rent can cover loan, why not buy instead of rent?

Chia, you bought into the property not knowing which main markets you would rent to?
I can assure you its not retirees.

@Iceman
Well its not always so clear cut. Off the top of my head:
1) Capital. Not everyone can save it. I took 2 yrs of savings to get it after paying for my car which took 2 yrs before that.  smile.gif
2) Risk. Developer lari, shitty quality, gas pipe next to us explode, property market crash etc etc.  shakehead.gif
3) Opportunity cost. Some can make more money with the deposit in the last 3 years compared to hyve. Its very possible.  thumbup.gif
4) Fixed asset. Some dont want fixed assets, for many many reasons.
5) Blacklist/bankrupt etc. Owners like us suffer cos of these people.  mad.gif
Anyone got any other reasons to share? Would be interesting to know of other scenarios.

Many new launch have discount and rebate, need as low as $5k to $10k for booking. Some even offer credit card installments on this booking.

Most buyers disregard developers reputation e.g many empire buyers bought empire damansara, etc
