The exact words developer used in the letter is "we anticipate to hand over vacant possession of your unit in March". Anticipate is not committed.....so talk song only. Their intention sending the letter is to promote sale of car park. He slower the better. Make sure they complete everything like reputable developers before they VP. Don't be like Monoland or Empire Mammoth, when they handed over VP for Vipod, SOHO, Titiwangsa Sentral, Empire Perdana, the latest Empire City etc. Condition of the above were so bad when VP, both inside and outside. Mou Ngan Tai.hopefully Public Listed company like Kim Lun will take care of their own reputation.

Received letter. It's only an estimation, not confirmation. Though I wouldn't mind it to be end March or April if it's ready including facilities. I wouldn't want to pay maintenance if they aren't. Owners, please check that they are before going to pay the miscellaneous fees.

I cant wait to get the keys. how much rental do you think it will fetch ? mine is 580 sf with 2 car park

Based on current progress, I think VP on March is unlikely, April very rush, May is more reasonable.

Thanks oxm8, the Shaftburry Sales team told me that for 580sf, can rent out from RM2k to RM2300 for fully furnish. I guess depends on ID and Furniture.

Hey guys, especially buyer for 580sf - 1+1 room, apparently the contractor installed the aircond wrongly in the small room without window rather than our master room......

Looks like we have to accept it and need to install one more aircond in master room....

The 2nd room without window looks small, more like a small home office or study room instead......

that's abit ambitious i think to rent a 580sqft at RM2k

Based on the kitchen cabinet design looks like we must buy front load washing machine, which is expensive nia

There is no yard or balcony to dry cloths.....so we may have to buy washer dryer, it will be around 3500

the aircon installation - did the wrong installation occur for the whole tower or only specific units? the SP never indicates free aircon on which room (living room/master/small) so, hard to say contractor make the mistake. Another cost to get aircon installed.

washing machine - got to get higher end.
