Taken today.
Based on current progress, I think VP on March is unlikely, April very rush, May is more reasonable.  smile.gif

May June kua. Longer better for me now, hehe.

For reference, it was an ELBA hood, and a Hitachi lift and.... Daikin(?) aircon.

For owners(dunno how to show proof) for discussion. First discussion is GROUP BUYYYY!

Is everyone's Emergency Contact details in the TNB application form using Yau P**n K****g in it?

HYVE falls under commercial category. Demand required seems to fall under No. 5 of the deposit category.
https://www.tnb.com.my/commercial-industria...rges-penalties/

Oh well .. deposit means it's refundable. Sadly, I only see Residential category application to have a 2.5% interest rebate annually on Deposit held by TNB.

Though it won't be much lah ..

The emergency contact on mine is also the same, Yauxxxx. Is this intentional or mistake?

I believe it's intentional. In the past, you would have to go to Developer's office to fill up the information. Now with TNB's E-Application, developers have to key in the information online, then print the E-Form which is what they sent to us for signature. It seems they were lazy to contact the buyers to get the information.

I'll probably submit 2 copies, 1 which is the correct contact no, and the other as per their contact. Not too sure if they will then go back to the E-Application portal to make the necessary update. Otherwise, looks like we would have to do it next time on our own.

Put me in the list as well.

Went to the show unit last Saturday and was shown some of the units that was already completed. I must say, I am rather surprised that there are sprinklers in the unit itself, though understandably due to the status of SOHO.

Few areas I am rather disappointed as well.
1. Floor traps are of the very cheap type. Some has rusted and these are not the anti-pest type floor traps. It looks ugly as hell at the kitchen especially. Will look to replacing that to prevent roaches from coming thru.
2. Air-cond. I cannot understand how they can mess up placing an air-cond in the smallest room for the 3 room unit. At least put a 1HP in the Master Room also won't be so freaking bad. After all, the room is small.
3. I wish the cabinets provided was white in color, instead of dark brown. It would be so much easier for color coordination.
4. The toilet in a 450 sqft unit is longer, hence the gap between the WC and future shower screen is wide enough to be comfortable. The 770 sqft unit, the toilet is smaller and after putting the shower screen, my leg/thigh would most likely be in contact with it.

Hob are hood are ELBA and tap fittings are RUBINE. Forgot to see what sanitary ware they are using. Entrance doors are fire doors though. Heavy. I wonder if I am allowed to drill a pin hole thru it.

I may be looking at replacing the entire kitchen cabinet coz it's ugly biggrin.gif

I didnt note no1, good catch.
For no 2 im amazed too. The sc couldnt really say why, he also O.o! about it.
no 4 So it IS true, I was mentally comparing it and felt the 450 toilet was longer. I don't think its so cramped until touching the thigh tho, atleast for the 520ft.

For door, if its not noticeable on the other side, should be ok. Just if a fire happens your door is weakened with holes.

I'm quite dissapointed at the cooking area. Super small. And its front to back, not left to right, wtf.

Heres some pics for ya all.
