Any unit left in the Hyve? Thinking of going to the showroom this afternoon. What is price range at the moment?

I think price doesn't change just that the discount is reduced by 2%

I heard that tower B still has 100+ units available...not selling well due to low loan margin?

This is not good....only affecting type A? I saw that type A1 also has a sliding door to the washroom.
Also, I was informed that the kitchen top will be different from the U-shaped one in showroom. It will be only be 1 short piece at the wall. |

Hoping that this is just an honest mistake and communication. Nothing else will go missing...

QUOTE(CloudAtla$ @ Aug 4 2013, 10:51 PM) You have a smaller market to manupulate. If soho, you can rent out as office or residential. Residential is a better bet compare to office. There are so many shophouses in cyber to choose as an office. Are u sure? Block B cant be rented out for stay? That would also means the owner of unit can't use for own stay too. |

QUOTE(PropK @ Aug 5 2013, 11:43 AM) Same thing as the SA told me.. Utilities bill will be higher.. They also stated that there is no clause saying that you can't stay in there. I think it would be possible for own stay as well. The utility bills should be the same no matter block A or B as they are all erected on a commercial land. No one could enjoy normal residential rate. |
