Block B and slightly below 10th floor .
But if add the parking... it's above 10th
I think block B has quite good view. For high floor,
if lucky enough, get beautiful view of Putrajaya lake

Price differences between blocks and floors. I didnt want to ask you specifically what floor tho. Privacy and all that.
But in general we then get an idea how the price has moved since whenever we may have bought. Atleast that was my intention.

I had a nice parking, shaded from sun and rain, reasonable distance to elevator , but nooo they had to replan it and if I remember correctly, its now a "meh" parking spot and will kena rain.

The view will probably change abit. Theres space for a few more high rise near us. But that lovely strip next to us = definately some kind of view for those facing it as opposed to shafty's condo windows.

Are you sure? Developers do not send letter giving estimation. Letters of Handing Over of Vacant Possession are sent only when it is ready.

received the letter, i dont think is official. It just stated, they are looking forward to VP on March and the key point of the letter is to sell extra car park RM18k
