hmmm wanna ask about these term used by TM personnel.
"Port jauh" mean what TM Exchange or DSLAM. Really confusing.

I thinks its from unifi cabinet..its cabinet is labeled with 's'

ic so the TM operator are lying to me saying it to exchange hmmm. The DSLAM is just behind my house (around 20 meter). i think system has not been updated by their staff. Has check the cabinet is using the ZTE brand with serial VFNxxx like that is the number painted on it.

TM called me today and testing 8M speed now

sad, My 8mbps they just give me trial a few week, then revert back

reason? my area dslam cant support if everyone apply 8mbps lol.. Why you give me enjoy then pull back my joy zzzzzz

now my port is set to 8mbps speed but my account is limited to 4mbps speed. FAIL TM

just now called to tm and asking about my upgrade application, they told me my area are not supported by 8Mbps....yesterday told me yes, but today said no.....too bad....

even if it running at 6~7Mbps also consider superb,.. compare to some area like mine which forever 1Mbps

The reason is when the system says it's not available, it is not available even when technician tell its supported because they can't charge you any cent due to they can't set your package in system because system says no.

tmpoint call me and confirmed, no 8Mbps for now, and will apply 4Mbps for me. they ask me to check with them again regarding 8Mpbs on next month, they said they are in process to upgrade, my area maybe will get 8Mbps on next month....

Somehow, the two tm staff that came also tried to troll me. Saying the IP-DSLAM server cant support, oni DSLAM server can since it newer.

Mostly all area TM open port for 8Mbps....
but the TM technician at your area will be allow to give that speed...sale department always promote..but before your Application "proof/accept"...their will open port for testing and monitoring 1st.....after that they will decided....

even though after testing and speed can be achieved?

Yes.. because they cannot process your order to "completed" because systems rejects immediately.
