for my place its totally the other way around the tech team so lazy to check to c weather my area can support or not when i went to tmpoint to apply.........

so i just call back 100 for the 3rd time to check and ask them if they can upgrade for me instead of me apply thru tmpoint and the did it all online for me and within 48 hours my package upgrade to 8mb aredy....

now im enjoying the speed .......

what i can say is all the tm people not sync with 1 and another we alway hv to go back and forth the get the thing done...........

If they're lazy, they would be warned by higher ups since everything must be done within 24 hours unless public holiday.
I could say mostly it's the system problem, not the staff.

today morning just attempt to upgrade to 8Mbps but until now still didn't get it. hopefully can upgrade to 8Mbps successfully

There's a hope, try to lodge a report to 100 and hopes your issue got escalated. MCMC for full effect.

just try to make complain to CFM did will sent it to HQ and u can get it done very fast

TM staff already call me, 4mbps can support but not stable, sometime cannot get the figure
And not recommend to upgrade it.

called TM.. said my home too far from TM exchange... can't get 8mpbs!
can only have 4mpbs max!!! WTF??? and my place still no UNIFI!!!

exactly same story from few years back when most of the company want to apply ADSL Streamyx then they are informed their location is too far from exchange!!! can't they improve???

2 weeks pass since i go to tmpoint and upgrade my package to 8mbps... yesterday i call tm and ask for my status, they say they still working on it coz my application still not in their system... is it really takes this long to upgrade... and yes my area covered for 8mbps... will wait another week before i go rampage...

I personally recommend you to upgrade using 100, if you upgrade with TMPoint, your application will goes into all other application forms thus take longer to process yours, if 100, they straight key in into the system.

tried to upgrade via 100 before then they tell me to go to tm point that's y i go... if not 100 is easier... but now got this problem... 2 weeks... same like before upgrading from 2mbps to 4mbps ... system already 4mbps but port only open 2mbps take 1 month to change to 4mbps zzz... tm workers in my area very lazy one...
