why not call 100...4Mbps can....but for 8Mbps i'm not sure.....by the way your area nearest to unifi area....ipoh sunway.......

Already call 100, 8am to 7pm from normal working hours, guess I have to call them back on monday.

otherwise..u can walk-in at UTC ipoh(old sri kinta) to check the coverage...open daily until 10pm....

uh, those who are upgrading to 8Mbps from 4Mbps

mind to post the DSL statistics before and after upgrade?

just want to know how different the quality reduces

Just now, i get the info for 100 and she gave me the phone number of the technician that should come to my house today...
then..
i called the guy the guy said the the job order for my house has been cancelled..he also did know why because he is the one that should come to my house 1st and verify weather my house supported or not..
but it turns out that it has been cancelled even though he didn't come to my house...
that's weird he said..he said that the only solution is that i should re apply again at tm point on Monday

That guy a TM contractor...
maybe your order was cancelled due to not clearly either can support or not...

but your streamyx acc 1/2/4Mbps..so cannot get speed....unless your streamyx acc 8Mbps...so your speedtest should be 7Mbps++++......

you should e-mail to TM or call 100 to verify that your area can support 8Mbps....

I'm in cheras area. how using 4mb package as 8mb not supported. but i feel kinda weird as we're in rented house.. the tenant before us use unifi, they said wanna let us continue then last minute cancel.
since tenant before us use unifi, shouldnt the port already ready for more than 4mb line?

from speed test i get 8.7mbps..
now im waiting tm point to open and re apply

port is a value that control by TM default port some area 2Mbps......
if u apply for 8Mbps...they will looking that speed are available at your place....
