Previously i was very interested in this project but not now.

This place is just too "inside" accessibility posed the biggest problem. Not many have access to NPE.

Currently NPE already super jam. After its fully launch NPE will be dead block.

Another reason is the Cemetery problem.

For housing wise i think its ok if u accept the cemetery and illegals around that area.

For Business Office wise, Bangsar South, Mid Valley and Sentral has taken it all.

This project base on the theme, it is at right location, but unfortunately, surrounded by un suitable / matching stuff, spoilt. Rose on the shit. Now how to turn the shit become the packaged fertilizer ??
Parcel 1 location also at the worst location of the whole plot, next to proposed schools, which always being jam up.
Yet, the price still set too high with bad point of location.

because developer knows, how shitty a project, there will always be buyers
like pasar shoutin...buy la today...sure make money by flipping after VP...

if they sell cheap, people will think so cheap? got catch ah?
so they sell high and maximise profit

this afternoon I login to see the ballot sales chart......actually not much ppl going for the ballot.....every unit only saw 1 or 2 ballots for it......the most "hot" unit are the two 743k and 745k low floor units facing low cost house.

Ask IJM to fly kite la... So darn restricted. Need to buy Bankdraft 1st, then ballot is based on the unit u selected. Chey...

I have not even seen the layout, have not visit the site and orientation and haven't got the feel of it need to select the unit and buy bankdraft.

I cannot pay by credit card ah? further more IJM has no rights to demand any deposit or payment. This is the law.

Lan-si-lan-yong (LCLC) ask them to fly kite or F spider la.. so arrogant. He tot no other place available issit...

you know some, probably most developers nowadays are sibeh lan si one
it's like take it or leave it because as i said before it is a state where any project launch there will always be buyers and some developers gauge it by the number of registrants but this kind of time will slowly disappear as the market slows
many interests but actual buyers are not same as number of interests
but still have some la served by very kind sales person like a cute girl tryin hard to help you as buyer (but is rare)
so i prefer this kind of sales person. kind and genuine.
