price starting 800k?

looking at the sales chart, besides bumi unit, there are only TWO units with price <800k!! (which is 743800 and 745800)

I think tons of people will aim for that....hahahaha

how much rebate they give? assuming 5%, cheapest unit still a hefty 700k+....facing lowcost flats....

how much psf?

Surprisingly many of those that have been snapped up are in the higher levels. Still plenty of units in the 600-700 psf range. For such location, Haters keep hating, its a BBB for me XD

what is the smallest and cheapest unit?

Higher level for good view to city & Gasing Hill.... lower floor what to view...?

As much as i would prefer the view, I can only afford the cheaper units

I always like the natural greens around any housing project. However, I also notice people mention about grave nearby. Anyone knows how near it is to the Condo?

First cemetery, if straight line, 100 metres to the project site entrance.
The other cemetery is further away at back of the project.

This condo will be the ugly building 20 or 30 years later and the new condo will ask your condo to be relocated... lol

Spoke to one of the person in charge of this project, discounts and rebates are not finalized yet, they will only announce the incentive package during balloting. But the person told me it wont be much, 2-3% discount only while misc fees (loan, legal fees) may not be covered. However, all this have not been confirmed.

Spoke to one lady from this project..she said no freebies at all .. so bad ma ..
