Previously i was very interested in this project but not now.

This place is just too "inside" accessibility posed the biggest problem. Not many have access to NPE.

Currently NPE already super jam. After its fully launch NPE will be dead block.

Another reason is the Cemetery problem.

For housing wise i think its ok if u accept the cemetery and illegals around that area.

For Business Office wise, Bangsar South, Mid Valley and Sentral has taken it all.

Ask IJM to fly kite la... So darn restricted. Need to buy Bankdraft 1st, then ballot is based on the unit u selected. Chey...

I have not even seen the layout, have not visit the site and orientation and haven't got the feel of it need to select the unit and buy bankdraft.

I cannot pay by credit card ah? further more IJM has no rights to demand any deposit or payment. This is the law.

Lan-si-lan-yong (LCLC) ask them to fly kite or F spider la.. so arrogant. He tot no other place available issit...

U will not see too much potential after 4 years because this project has few different residence tower.

Meaning, after Inwoods is near complete, IJM will launch another Condo which is newer and much modern design. At that time your Inwoods became old and outdated and pricing wise will not be too much difference to the newer 1. So, potential or not you have to see the next tower.

If IJM launch it at similar or lower price then your investment will be stagnant until the next 10 years.

Forget about Secoya as friend told me Inwood still available and begging to take up the remaining unsold units...

Served them right. LCLY want this want that when then launched Inwood, now begging due to poor sales...

Big problem when raining. The corridor seems welcoming big flood. 2. Windows are abit small. Larger windows will make the place more Porsche .

These are 2 worse properties for the price . Definitely not worth.

1. Both especially secoya just direct opposite cemetery
2. Surrounding (see yourself )
3. It's pantai dalam . I know many illegals staying around there.
4. Middle of.nowhere
5. Plenty of mosquitoes
