This unit has so many rental units, mostly fully furnished with general ikea style of look. Nothing to eat within walking distance. Low cost apartment with alot of road side parking directly in front of the building.

Definitely not worth of current pricing on subsales market of 860psf. Pantai Sentral business area are finally started, it will justify it.

This property has matured and aged very well. Well maintained in general and the it has the Zen vibe all around. Ground floor has so much space and land, very generous. Reminds me of those more luxurious developments in Mont Kiara.

These are 2 worse properties for the price . Definitely not worth.

1. Both especially secoya just direct opposite cemetery
2. Surrounding (see yourself )
3. It's pantai dalam . I know many illegals staying around there.
4. Middle of.nowhere
5. Plenty of mosquitoes
