Waiting their launch sometimes ago til now bought a unit at uoa.

I bought my very 1st apartment in pantai hillpark was 2004, priced at 185k. bought the 2nd 1 on 2008 priced at 210k.
Those days UOA places are all squatters and very rundown suburb. I bought it becoz of location. Very near KL & PJ and midvalley just 10min drive. Witness the opening of NPE and traffic is triple heavier now.
The original launching price back then was only 110k i think was on 1997 or 99...can't remember. It's the only quietest place i could find in the city facing bukit gasing and you still can see some monkeys or squirrel running around.
Now i just wonder where those squirrel or monkey gone...the place is over develop!
Last year the traffic is horrible there after UOA came in. Community centre there, another 2 block development. KL gateway came in last year. Now Pantai Sentral?!? You gotta be kidding me!
Do they ever do some research on traffic flow?!? Any statistic on population there?Last year i took 1/2 hour to reach Federal Highway from my condo. Those days i drive 10min to midvalley!
Soon or after Bukit Gasing will be wipe out and left over just a concrete jungle.
When i surf thru IJM webpage and watch the video, it's really a shame and they don't know the overdevelopment actually destroy the ecosystem and supposed to be reserved forest now is shrinking.

I really pity on youngsters nowadays on the housing affordability. All those property hikes must be stop!
Government need to give intensive on 1st home buyer like what Ozzie did. Put heavy tax to 2nd home buyer.
I was once a youngman before and walk thru the process and work like hell with peanuts pay. But those days different as fuel price and property price not that bad as today!

In terms of development, some critics are already saying that KL is building lesser per capita than last time. We also lag our neighbours including the developing ones in terms of innovation and concepts and of course density. KL's density is nowhere compared to even smaller populated Hong Kong.

The missing thing is Public Transportation and Purchasing Power, which again is actually the result of people not earning much and salaries were not align with inflation over the years. However, the money supply has actually increased so many times, which means that the bulk of money is belonged to some people.

So much marketing and some more need to refresh registration of interest but all internal sapu then why announce got balloting...wayang kulit?

Even though I decided not to buy cos of the Muslims cemeteries at entrance and back of project (project is sandwiched between two Muslim cemeteries. Most people are only aware of one cemetery), I find IJM Land is very unethical in giving all units to internal people.

If already decided not to sell to outsiders, don't tell people about registration and refreshing their registration. This is very insincere. Khoo Yew Yin, like many people would be very disappointed with the company he helped founded.

800psf nett for lowest floor... every floor add RM3000... it will be about RM980K from the lowest price....

not that worth it after all given the half past six surroundings. BTW, the sewage pond stinks from a mile ahead till a mile after. Duno how things will be Pantai 2 STP but I would buy with caution

The sewerage is not underground until it is underground. I know DBKL's plan but I believe the sewerage is underground when I see the sewerage is underground. Until then the sewerage is on the ground and it stinks.

But I am more concerned with the cemeteries than the sewerage, which is the reason I decided not to buy PSP. I cannot imagine passing by cemeteries at least twice everyday and the cemeteries being so near to my condo.

Another thing about PSP is how insincere IJM Land is on allocating most of their units to internal people while asking the interested buyers to register so that they can boast about ten of thousands of registered buyers. This lack of integrity really pissed me off.

it is already a behaviour whether there is potential or not that internal sapu for future gain
