I also agree first come first serve. That's called fairness. Unfortunately what IJM Land did was to give priority to internal people which is not first come first serve. I also know many developers practises double standards, which I do not agree with them too.

No one is saying IJM staff should not make money and own a house/apartment. But they should also follow the fair play rule of registration and queue for their turn, like all other buyers and IJM should ensure fair play for all.

It is not the genuine buyers who are selfish, for all they want is a fair chance. Do they get a fair chance? The answer is very clear. And this shows know who are the selfish ones.

I wish IJM and internal people all the best in their PSP investments. But I am not touching this project.

yessa. true enough. but nothing we can do except for boycotting the developer. i guess u must b quite rich already, thats y u r able to stand by ur principle. the majority of people can only complaint but at the same time still eyeing for the development. haha like my case.

i think the reason why most developers allow their staffs to buy first is bcoz it is part of the perks to work for them. they tend not to only rely on bonuses. otherwise their staffs might go to other developer who can pay more n give more bonuses. thats y i think those stingy developers would rather let their staffs buy first rather than give more bonuses.

Actually all they need to do is allocate x% for staff purchase and y% for public. x% to staff on first come first serve basis.
y% to public on whatever fair basis

If 100% all for staff, what is the point of doing so much advertisement and PR, pre-registration, wasting money and time and create unhappiness. Might as well close door and do whatever they want within...

If first phase 100% for staff also no problem, then only do advertisement and pre-registration for subsequent phases and and just announced phase 1 fully sold. Less unhappiness..

Integrated with shit/sewage pond, cemetery & 10000 LOW COST FLATS surrounding.

this project can buy for own stay...if wanna buy for investment...must hold very very long period.....no LRT, MRT ...no commercial...even got...who wanna go?...

Yeah for ownstay if ok with the surrounding.. maybe upgrader from pantai side.

Apparently got mall planned here which will fail 100%. Location in the jungle. more suited for residential cluster.. yesterday got article about my long mentioned mall oversupply due to developers desire to build integrated developments.

Atria Dsara tenants also looks like it will fail again. Only major mall to look out for in 2015 n 16 is Empire City n Ikea n Mytown cochrane.

Any indicative pricing on secoya? love the name brows.gif

I wonder if IJM Land will ask people to register, refresh registration and then tell everyone that most units sold already (to insider) left only a few units for balloting. Likely they won't now cos property market really not good, but deep inside I think they would love to do that.
