Contact SA this morning now saying launch at middle Aug. Keep postponing.. Anyone know what is their package? Wanna prepare the upfront lar.... Waited for so long but still no news........ doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

Any daigor daije got insider news on the package?

VVIP already chosen their units. Internal has registered, not sure if balloting, but should be already since I last heard ~2 weeks ago. I think prices are around 950k minimum with no package in sight yet.

not that worth it after all given the half past six surroundings. BTW, the sewage pond stinks from a mile ahead till a mile after. Duno how things will be Pantai 2 STP but I would buy with caution

The sewerage is not underground until it is underground. I know DBKL's plan but I believe the sewerage is underground when I see the sewerage is underground. Until then the sewerage is on the ground and it stinks.

But I am more concerned with the cemeteries than the sewerage, which is the reason I decided not to buy PSP. I cannot imagine passing by cemeteries at least twice everyday and the cemeteries being so near to my condo.

Another thing about PSP is how insincere IJM Land is on allocating most of their units to internal people while asking the interested buyers to register so that they can boast about ten of thousands of registered buyers. This lack of integrity really pissed me off.

You mean there is no balloting now for 1st phase? Or straight away qualify for the 5th phase? tongue.gif Seriously, it would be better if they had not asked people to refresh their registration. Total turn off.

lousy developer ...waste our time only....the location quiet deep...wanna invest...better dun.... wanna stay...stil lot of choices out there

bro~! don be angry.. total 6 towers if i not mistaken 1 or 2 towers fully sold except bumi lot.. they ask for register is for another few tower.. but i think this area really high potential.. if not how come fully taken up by internal? they might have news for PSP future.. don you agree?! hehe..

All the registered buyers want is a fair chance of owning a PSP unit. Balloting is fair enough. But IJM Land decided to open to internal people so they all can sapu the good units at cheaper prices. Non internals are left with more expensive and less desirable units. The next phase of PSP will be more expensive and overnight all the internal people would make a few hundred grands each just by signing a few pieces of papers. Even those who flip now might make up to RM30K a unit for signing a booking slip. It is easy to say "he he" if you are the lucky internal people. If you are a genuine interested buyer, it is heart breaking.

I ask, is this fair to all genuine interested people who are not internal people? There are at least 20,000 of them out there. How many of them are given a fair chance? If IJM Land can screwed the registered buyers thru letting internal people sapu choice units at cheaper prices first, what is there to stop them from doing other unethical things to screw interested buyers again?

It is clear as daylight of enrichment of internal people. Never deal with insincere people.

i dont think there is a problem giving internal as priority. If this is over subscript internally. Why do you want to sell to public?

If you dont like they way they do business. Just dont do business with them anymore.

Yea, its definitely OK to sell to internal first. It is OK also to register interest but the subsequent re-registration twice is misleading as well as "using" people to gauge interest. Just left a bad taste in the mouth.

Yeap I did not buy from them. I bought 2 units from another developer last week.

To me what IJM Land did is no different from what UMNO is doing with most of the gahment contracts. We cannot tolerate UMNO doing it. Are we supposed to tolerate IJM Land doing it? if opening to internal people only, say so la. Be open about it. No need to be sneaky. At least people register with the expectation that choice units are opened for internal people first, but this is not the case. People found out about internal people sapu all thru limited bumi lots available.
