Agree boss, I think internal staff deserve to own the units more than WE do cos that's the main benefit of working with a developer apart from them being more inclined to do a good job.

IJM is big and I think internally they can sapu 500-1k condo's one shot.

Yes, make it simple assumption.
If you dont like it. Just walk away. You do not need to tell whole world that they are not doing well but you still have a desperate intention.

I walked away from this project. I do not have desperate intention. I am only highlighting how I felt when developers do such thing and I believe I am not alone. I feel the same way too for any developers which do such thing, not only IJM Land.

it is already a behaviour whether there is potential or not that internal sapu for future gain
whether potential is big or small they know somehow they can make money that is why...
the BBB mentality
i heard many use their aunt, relatives names all to get more loans

Form my mom year ago, buying a property need to pay under table money to get a unit. The flipper sapu all unit and sell it a higher price.

Now, most of the developer also offer their staff with a staff price up to 10% rebate, that is noting wrong that IJM give the priority to their own staff 1st

1st phase no doubt will be a good buy. But then size too big. Each unit already touching 1 mil.

Just got another email this very early morning. Is the price reall is that much ? if so ill just let it go dont bother else have to go buy 10k bank draft

the concept about similar to sime darby melati project - Veo Residence...also facing hills...

VR is freehold....got shopping mall beside...n no need to go through lousy registration process... tongue.gif

think VR is better buy than PSP... hmm.gif

Can I know what is the pacakge i.e. Rabate , discount , Free SNP and loan legal fees etc ... The price in sales chart is gross price right ??
