Spoke to one of the person in charge of this project, discounts and rebates are not finalized yet, they will only announce the incentive package during balloting. But the person told me it wont be much, 2-3% discount only while misc fees (loan, legal fees) may not be covered. However, all this have not been confirmed.

Hi Guys! Recently booked a unit at Secoya for own stay. Reasonable package offered. Will be signing S&P soon.. Hope the place will turn out very good.
