700 sq ft is @ 19th Floor is around RM 460k after rebate (8% + 2%). Two towers for a total of 800 units. Currently only tower 1 is open for sales.
Nice concept but it's about RM650 psf ... go or no go?? |

According to my company chart, mostly middle unit sold, plenty of corner left.
If u bought property from the developer previously, you can get additional 2% loyalty discount. |

If u ask me, this is one of the best condo in Cyberjaya. The land reserved to park n nature is huge. The other good condo is MBTL. Both are good for family stay. Down side is more expensive. No free lunch.

Overall pretty impressive. If buying for own stay and work in cyber with limited budget, get the 2 bedrooms at 998sq ft. They are opening the 2nd tower for sale at rm690k before rebate. The landed is pretty ex and I must admit, this is so far the best condo in cyber. Of course not counting mirage by the lake but somehow, sunrise had more experience in maintaining it well.

Just came back from showroom. Been following this thread for sometime. A product of GDP architects and SD Landscape Architect (seksan design) merging could make Verdi to be one of the better looking condos in terms of design and landscaping in Cyber.
All smaller units in Block A is sold out except around 10% of the bigger units. Block B has already started selling but i reckon they will pump out their marketing after the Ramadhan. So far i judging from the info i get from the SA, most of it is own stay (young couples, young families and such) and investors are defo not looking at students rental market but more towards the working crowd / expats. Got potential la this one. |

If you have the budget, the 2 rooms is pretty good value. I find the 700 sq ft layout is not that great especially the part where the kitchen is behind the sofa.
I like the environment and the way the developer do it. I did check out cristal, cheaper too and big space as suggested by a forumner. I am not sold by the tandem parking concept nor the views especially for the 1300 sq ft bu. Having a separate building for carpark will prove to be a challenge if you have a lot of stuff to carry from your car to your condo lift. The plus point, value for money, big space and cheapest psf in cyber. For me, i will still put my money on verdi if i am looking at 700k budget. |

Tower 1 90% sold? And tower 2 not officially launch, and it's 20% sold? For me, traditional condo are too much... Ppl r upgrading their lifestyle.. So it's worth to Hv something different from other developement... I believe most of the ppl will like the concept... Just visit the sales office to figure it out yourself, go witness by your own eyes..

Sa says expected completion 2016 but may drag to early 2017. Tower 2 launching in Sept. I like this condo out of so many soho in Cyberjaya due to the reputable developer (hence better maintenance) and lots of greenery.
One bedroom show unit is very spacious. Two bedroom layout seems a bit wasted space on the "hallway" (not sure the right word to use) of the master bedroom. Kitchen looks same size as the one bedroom layout. Anyway, no show unit for 2 bedrooms; so I could be mistaken in my opinion. |

No problem if it is for own stay, as long as u like the development n affordability is not an issue.
For investment really needs to think carefully not only for property in Cyberjaya but also other locations. Nowadays too many people goreng property and keep thinking property price will continue to go out. This may not be the case in the coming years. Many may sit on negative equity if home price corrected. Beware. |

I wonder how many ppl can afford more than a mil house? How many ppl are earning more than 10k a mth? And when you buy a mil house , probably you will sell off more than a mil, those who buying a mil house probably earning more than 20k a mth... With high maintenance fees and high repayment loan, a mil house probably cost 6k mthly commitment.. In 5 yrs time, you have committed 360k with 72k annually, how much can you sell after that? And how many can really afford such price? If for own stay it's no problem... But for those invested how? As report by Msia, middle class in Msia are those earning 5k, do u think 5k earner consider middle class or lower class? Really scratching my head how they manage this... Hope somebody can enlighten me.. Newbie...

Saw still quite a lot of units available in Verdi. Was interested with the 2 room unit but disappointed with the layout. Kitchen is basically at the living. For 900sf, they should have done better with the layout. Also don't like the fact that the lap pool is only 25 meter, when so much space was allocated to greens....they should done better with the pool. |

I am so fed up with the way developer/handover office/contractor/iHOME handling my case that I am contemplating to convert the house to normal switch. theres nothing special with the smart home system except able to control CERTAIN portion of the house wirelessly. cool? don't be fool. i tell you why. when you first enter the house, there is no way you can check that the 'smart system' circuit/components are not damaged. if you bring a third party electrician to confirm on your behalf, 99% of them do not know the smart system. most likely they will refuse to handle it. normal electrician not familiar with the system, hence we can't check. In my case, those smart home components in MB were found damaged after my smart home activation appointment, which didn't complete because only during that time they discovered those components were damaged. so now the blame game begins. so my dear sifu's... for this verdi.. is it good or bad investment? I have been offer 1 unit.. not really sure want to proceed or not.. since Cyberjaya it self got many new condo development.. afraid that suppy is more than demand

yes - price is 700k+. offer i get is 17% + honda jazz or change with 65k for 900+ sq ft.. target market is student and expat.. but now.. there is many development in cyber. so it will be very competitive. complete by end of next year.

I see 1400sf++ verdi are very suitable for family.. just that the price are steep... its very spacious and are very well ventilated with 2 balcony in the living hall, and the kitchen are huge, if cooking heavily also no problem.. and you can make partition to divide kitchen with living also.. not sure if verdi trying to sell high to segregate the complicated students and complicated foreigner.. wait until next year, we will see how it perform..

I buy verdi because I foresee my son will not stay with us when old . its. our retirement home..he will inherit his own house
small unit will do some more it's gonna have hospital in cyber jaya which is very important for old couples like us so it's all depending to your needs. there is no right or wrong in house purchase.... only wrong is if you dun know what you need. I personally don't think that the developers cares about eliminating unwanted potential buyers, for them, at the end of the day, what matter most is the sales figures.. But I agree that we should wait till next year to see if the price will be readjust further down..then can reconsider.. |

The tower looks just like a normal looking apartment...
Doesnt justify the premium pricetag being sold by uem... And also quite suprised why the panel windows all small2 isnt it they say want this building to be eco friendly? Shud use big glass to invite as much natural lighting as possible |
