oh? really? coz that time sa told me 1B finished and 2B 4th floor available only i think, 3B i think many choices.. and she's  selling me block 2, not block 1....

block 2 have bigger size for 2B, around 1000sf i think... while block 1 2B are only 900++ sf.. i cant remember which area are slightly bigger size already..

they dont have 990 layout, just say same layout as block 1.. so whats the different actually? maybe she got explain but my brain cant absorb so much info.. haha
