Never visit mbtl before... Only pass by, but if you want to go jogging at lake from mbtl, you nid to cross a main road right?
I only know seg and sh good landscape... The rest not very well known? Can intro more?

most of the units left are bigger units.... smaller units selling better than bigger 1... as the bigger units are too expensive..

agree on the layout.. the layout wasted lotsa space.. on the kitchen side, you still can make partition to separate living and kitchen.. probably they have a big living room which waste lotsa space too... the layout are disappointed...

i see nothing wrong on 25m pool.. they have Jacuzzi... landscape are their main concern.. but dont know how they deal with mosquitoes when theirs landscape are so green...

i went to SH clubhouse with my family, yes its real beautiful there... i think its the biggest clubhouse in cbj.. u know what.. a lady staff came to me and asked if i have member card, and if not i need to pay something like 80 bucks a day or 1500 mthly... coz my kids are playing a little while at their playground.. i quickly cabut and go away..

i discover that all the walkway they install speaker.. and u will listen to soft music everywhere u walk around in the clubhouse.. really luxury feeling inside there.. like living in a resort... really cool...

oh... 2 years back its consider high end condo... and after 2 years it had become rumah mampu milik... cool... but i still think its expensive... although at current market... sweat.gif sweat.gif

but i do really like their lansdcape.. SH clubhouse really attractive.. not sure verdi will as attractive as SH or not..

let see what they come out with when the show unit are ready for viewing... I see their progress are quite fast.. early this year when i visit their site, its just doing piling works.. and now i think its abt 4 or 5th level already? dont think will get LAD lar... its 36/48mth from spa date... i asked already.. sure can finish within 36/48 mths...

oh? really? coz that time sa told me 1B finished and 2B 4th floor available only i think, 3B i think many choices.. and she's selling me block 2, not block 1....

block 2 have bigger size for 2B, around 1000sf i think... while block 1 2B are only 900++ sf.. i cant remember which area are slightly bigger size already..
