Depend What r u looking for... I would go for subsale condo that is well maintained in more central location like bangsar , pj, mk etc. But I quite like Verdi just that a bit far for me.

i am not a guru or expert or big taikor... just small timer. CJ is not that convenient for me as my extended family / friends are around KL / PJ side, don't think i got time to manage a CJ property, and for own stay it's rather far from the rest of my family / friends too. but Verdi is nice la. i quite like it. the other condo that i was rather taken in (with greenery, forest concept) was that sime darby project near melawati (forget name already)
