yea.. ask us to pay 4 months maintenance fee in advance before can collect keys... but the date of defect period starts now... the longer you wait. the less time you have them fix defect

just imagine how much the management earned, by collecting 4 months advance payment for every units.. they are able to use it for 16 months? because verdi offering 12 months maintenance free? so is this mean that owner dont have to pay maintenance fees for next 16 months?
