Was there today. Block C still plenty. I would say 10% or less sold. I am not from KL but I like the location. Posh uphill access road except a seemingly rundown walk up apple apartment at the end the road. No disrespect to owners of that apartment. Main road to access road is beside the highway so suffer abit of traffic only at the 1 traffic light.
Over all I am keen but can't get agreement to subtract the 'rebates' upright as I am on 70% loan. Agent said some rebate only receive upon VP.

Block A small units fully sold.
Block B plenty of units available.
Block C many units available. Like chow_shasha said all big units.

so many criss-cross traffic. how to divert into the highway.even than, there is a traffic light at the highway to KL.

Big price too.. is it worth dat value? Those big size ones..

features no doubt.. price is for home ownees.. guess the less takers in block B&c clearly meant no BBB ongoing there.. price arent friendly investors.. home owners too find it difficult to swallow even there are lot of home seekers out there..

sibeh jialat. the mrt is opposite the other highway side.

macam connaught both side cut by highway. want to drive to the other side. look sibeh near and close. when drive there need to make a far away big turn.

the building side facade....all the stripes on the building blocks. is the worst ever design.....
this going to be a eyesore... sibeh watch out that jialat part man.....

any luxury condo use that design going to kill the whole development. serve no function and macam run out of idea... simply putting the stripes to deco it..... sibeh no no no..... when u categories u as a luxury condo. real piece of sh*t.

u meant white stripes at the side of each blocks? yea looks weird.
But maybe it works as a lamp le? wil lighten up during at night. haha

How was gre3n resid3nc3 salea? Green terraine price drop.. average askingv560k to 580k some 600k for smallest size..
