Was there today. Block C still plenty. I would say 10% or less sold. I am not from KL but I like the location. Posh uphill access road except a seemingly rundown walk up apple apartment at the end the road. No disrespect to owners of that apartment. Main road to access road is beside the highway so suffer abit of traffic only at the 1 traffic light. Over all I am keen but can't get agreement to subtract the 'rebates' upright as I am on 70% loan. Agent said some rebate only receive upon VP.

Hi. What assurance do we get that the rebate will be given? Do we sign a supplement document during SNP to confirm the rebates? Anyone signed SNP already?

Hi all, 1) Since this is my 1st proprty under construction, I like to seek clarification on the progressive payment/loan draw down. If the developer is giving some rebate, will the 1st progressive payment be between developer and only subsequent payment over and above the developers rebate be getting from the Bank? 2) For discussion sake I took a 70% loan, if the developer is giving a 15% rebate and I need to fork out the remaining 15% cash, what would the sequence of drawdown be? 1st is Developers 15%, then my 15% then remaining from the bank depending on the progress of the construction? 3) In a typical 3-4yrs condo construction how much of the 100% amount would the breakdown likelly be? Example 20% within Y1, next 20% Y2, 40% Y3 and last 20% Y4? Likely like this or other breakdown.
