Thats the thing, with not very high dense condo in GR and consider it as high end condo, it could be the target of this group of people. Looking at youcity, total unit of 1st and 2nd phase will be around 1000 units, not yet including the future mall, retails shops and serviced apartment. So, that place will be definitely very happening yet noisy and crowded in future. I would say two different property with different concept and target group of people.

Yea agreed, nowadays young generation dont mind staying in condo as long as its mid high end with facilities condo. they only wil rent those low-medium end. One of my friend younger than me, which is 27yo, bought 1400sf youcity 800K by himself. so there are quite many rich young guy nowadays (note: without FAMA). So developer have to target these group of buyers too, as old ppl stil prefer landed.

Yes many. most of friends earnign more than 5K, some are doing sales so commission would be high and ofcuz not stable. some are doing insurance more than 10years, stable income with properties. Some doing own business, cafe, pharmacy. All by their own hand yea. There are really alots rich young guys, just that they spend more for travelling the world, and have great foods every weekend. I am late 20s, i hv some friends alr own more than 3 properties, and sorry to say that this is very common if u working in a property related industry. BUT i also hv friends complaining and predicting property bubble still, yet they can afford to travel every year..

Orkid villa condo.. 288 residency.. with larger sq than green residence subsales price also lower than green residence selling bprice.. only towers with 800 plus sq in green residence almost finish.. both other tiwers with 1.4 sq.. are still many .. ask you many friends to finish the units up..
