QUOTE(vostro78 @ Feb 7 2015, 06:47 PM) any condition for them to gv u 1 to 1 service? also need to bring full set to them for 1 to 1? replace with brand new set? I went there and told them about my problem. They mentioned that they only do 1 to 1 exchange for faulty phones. They wont send for servicing. Even if your screen broke, they charge RM1600 for 6+ and they will give you new set on the spot. They took out a small package with new iphone, not the full box that we get. Not sure if its new but i'm more than happy.

Is it true? because DIGI using 2600MHz band and iPhone 5 dont have 2600MHz. so, iPhone 5 doesn't support DIGI LTE. Maxis and Celcom have both 2600MHz and 1800MHz for their LTE. iPhone 5 support 1800MHz.

Just bought an iphone from Digi last month. The line is terrible and the speed is no where near my previous telco Umobile. Speed test dont even exceed 0.4mbps at PJ area. Whatsapp also always disconnects. Anyone faces this issues? And ive called and double check that my quota is still left with close to 2 gb

No matter it states 3G or LTE it caps between 0.3 to 0.4 Mbps most of the time. However sometimes it was dam fast where it reaches 62mbps on speed test. So unstable.

Willing to do some speedtest/downloading at ur area.... 1) customer service (which i nvr go this step) 2) Ask other digi user trying at ur affected location, see if the speed is same or no 3) MNP.....

Taman Megah, PJ.. I dont know isit my phone problem or what. Weird cos most of the time it caps at the same speed which is around 0.3-0.4 mbps. Even at KL with LTE. I once got 60+ mbps at old klang road. 2) Will try. 3) Dont think its possible cos i just got 24 months contract with Digi. This post has been edited by kenn723: Feb 13 2015, 04:31 PM
