just came back from DiGi.
Had one to one replacement on the spot.
Salute DiGi for their fast and good services !

I went there and told them about my problem.
They mentioned that they only do 1 to 1 exchange for faulty phones. They wont send for servicing.
Even if your screen broke, they charge RM1600 for 6+ and they will give you new set on the spot.
They took out a small package with new iphone, not the full box that we get. Not sure if its new but i'm more than happy.
