Taman Megah, PJ.. I dont know isit my phone problem or what.  Weird cos most of the time it caps at the same speed which is around 0.3-0.4 mbps. Even at KL with LTE. I once got 60+ mbps at old klang road.

2) Will try.

3) Dont think its possible cos i just got 24 months contract with Digi.

0.3 or 0.4 is very unstable for LTE , maybe far from the tower

Beause digi only provided 4G LTE to postpaid user yet.

if you're prepaid user, you only able to use their 3G/H+ services.

So what is the staff told you is true. icon_rolleyes.gif

Believe it or no...
I have 2 Digi prepaid numbers and both are able to attach to LTE...

One easy prepaid, another one 1DG MNP...

Digi won't annouce the LTE is available for prepaid due to the traffic spikes when Digi allow prepaid users attached to their LTE on 21 Jan 2015...

Any reason of the low speed? Location problem or profile issue?

I just subscribe to i78 plan for less than a week but I realized that my line is totally unusable. I got 3 bar here but the connection always disconnect frequently and I need to turn off and on the cellular at the setting. My friend digi prepaid is much faster than mine at the same place except he has no LTE. Also his phone is HSPA+ while mine is still 3G. What is actually happening here?

I just bought a iPhone 6 with plan from digi ss2 yesterday, I didn't check thoroughly when I was in digi as I was rushing, just played around swipe here and there and it seems fine. But when I got back I realised the camera and torch light isn't working. So I went back to digi ss2 hoping to replace a new set. But the CSR told me I have to wait 2-3weeks for a phone (without box, made me doubt is it a refurbished set?) Anyone can advise me on this? I thought the were supposed to replace 1 to 1 within 3 days? 😣😣

im using digi for my 4s, thinking to upgrade to 6 since the price pretty ok n no need for upfront coz i used the fone >12 months already

but looking at the rates, digi seems to be expansive compare to maxis (idk if i saw it wrongly or what). did not check on celcom though.

mind to explain to me why u guys stick to digi? is there any hidden catch with maxis plan? (ive got pretty bad exp with maxis before this)

so far i havent got any problem with digi might as well stick with it. but want to get ur guys opinion first

Once u leaving the shop, u don't entitled to make 1 to 1 change. That's the reason y they ask u to check. If the time u checked n find it have a problem, they will take a new set for u. N for ur question, yes.. U will get refurbished set n yes u need to wait at least 14 working days unless they have the rb set for u.

damn.

i tot this area still didnt have LTE yet. as i had changed to Usim since 2013. that time im using 5s. and now, ip6. but then i didnt get any LTE coverage since 5s. only get carrier update. until last few weeks, my office mate said got LTE this area, jalan raja chulan even in the office. im quite shocked. then checked my sim with other device. confirmed, my iphone 6 doesn't have any issue as my friends maxis sim card got LTE when insert at my device. but mine sim, doesn't get any at his device. 2 years. im waiting. shit man !

this saturday gonna change my Usim again.
