Don't do it bro. basically huawei pay money to your contract company, and contract company pay you a portion.
All ur claims wont go to huawei. will go to contract company... and this is where they fck u. if company is bad or dont make money, they wont pay your claims. plus, read your terms... i believe if u take leave u wont be paid also for that day.
They will promise u if u are good u can be huawei staff. but huawei doesnt do permanent nowadays d... its contract under huawei, and that wan also hard to achieve unless u work damn hard.
u will do all the hardwork, but dont get benefits/bonuses of huawei staff.

BUT, if the money is good, and ur single and ready to give your all... by all means go ahead.

May I know what's the range to be called as "good pay" when working at Huawei ?

Bro. This is really relative to your experience. I can’t comment on that. If u think the offer is good and you cant get a similar package elsewhere then isn’t that a “good pay”?

Means that you will working with Huawei, but as outsourced/contract staff (payroll, benefits will not by huawei but rather by 3rd party company, usually the contract company itself)

FYI, kindly assume this all different for each department/division

About Huawei employment, normally you would first hired as outsourced staff, this is normal in big company to minimize the turnover rates.

If you perform excellent performance, then you would be offered to employed direct under Huawei.

Lastly, there is no permanent employee in Huawei, both outsourced and direct-huawei is contract-based (but direct-huawei contract is not one-year contract like outsourced).

Regarding interview, you would at least go through 3~4 interview, also presumed you would get some tasks, like make presentation, etc on next interview.

1. HR scouting interview (is normally not under huawei)
2. Direct under your hired department interview from leader/supervisor or vice-leader/supervisor)
3. Direct under your hired department interview from leader/supervisor *exempted if (3) already with them.
4. Department head/manager

Offer waiting period, at least 3 weeks, but guarantee start joining at Monday

TIPS: Everything not-work related suggest ask during HR interview, and be cleared, asking on your future working colleague interview would give them bad impression.

Good luck!~
