so yesterday i was offered a new contract, something called ARP. Anyone knows whats the different between ARP and my current third party contract ? Since both are still considered as contract based.

huawei quite fast one usually... because their turn over is pretty high, so u will know ur result quite fast. dont have to worry, just u need to ask urself whether u can cope with the company culture before u accept the offer.
