i mean the working culture in huawei and etc. and working in dubai alone, without fellow malaysians. nvr do this before.

I have been offered a position in Huawei as 1 year renewable contract .

This mean that during the one year contract i cant resigned or leave the company?

1 year renewable contract. u still can cabut as long as service notice.
im not sure about ur package, as far as i know, u got no OT claim also.

May i know what ia the service notice you refer ? izit the termination notice ? I still can resigned whenever during the contract but need to give the notice ? Because i scare get ikat for one year haha

OK let say 1 years contact then notice period 2 months, then u need to give 2 months notice if u wanna resign.
Won't bond u 1 year

Hi guys, I have been offered with an outsource position in enterprise network team as on-site delivery engineer.
Anybody has idea on the benefits of the outsourcing staffs? Will they provide travel insurance since the position requires heavy travelling around Asia Pacific.
