i heard that HW only hire candidate with prof cert like CCNA or above for technical position. can anyone confirm this?

Not necessary.. depends what position you are apply.. HW has a broad range of products..

You dont need a CCNA to be a Radio Network engineer... (and i dun mean the radio in your house or in your car)

They mentioned about the allowance, but i was told is 300, and they said will only be given after probation. Not as u all said will reimburse after confirm. Is that normal??

haha..but for HW, i even heard they hired people even not in the field before. i.e; manufacturing to join their RAN @ RF engineer...no worries for them since they'll give u training.

So cut cost ah?? it was 500 last time

Not sure. Im just asking coz they are talking about the allowance reduce from 500-300..

Anyway, I just went for the interview this morning for AP Asst.Accountant. Passed my 1st interview waiting for 2nd n 3rd stage currently. And I forgot to ask them about the benefits when working in Huawei and travelling needs for accounting position.. My memory sucks!!!That's the most important thing and yet I didnt ask. Anyone here can provide some info on that?? Really appreciate that..

I went for interview in this company before as the stated above position aka AP Asst.Accountant in early March. An accounts girl and a chinese guy both I think from China interviewed me. Their first few questions were whether I can understand mandarin. I said I cannot read and write chinese (yes, I am a banana) and they said it is still ok but they followed up with a very terrifying question. They said if I were posted to extreme condition countries like Afghan or Iraq for assignments around 3 to 6 months, was I willing to do so? I did say yes but I didn't get any chances for a 2nd or third interview later on. Their benefits are quite good, the RM300 extra allowance was for traveling they said, anyone gets it. I also remember they do have group PA insurance for their employees.

Ic ..so RM300 is confirmed to get for all staffs in HW? I had 2 girls interviewing me,i guess 1 is from China and another local Msian chinese from the dialect. But they didnt ask me this kind of ques..they are more concerned on my job experience and whether I can handle long hours or not..I was told to be prepare for 2nd and 3rd interview arrangement but I wouldn't be so happy yet coz haven't get the confirmation mail from the staff.

And for those who have experience in 2nd and 3rd interview,mind to give me some tips on what isit about?? 2nd interview is to test the skills relating to the job isit?? From what I read from this whole thread somebody was mentioning that while 3rd interview is with the Director himself (only chit chat session???)?? Can somebody confirmed with this statement isit true?? Really need some guidance from all the sifu's here..hehe
