If youre referring to fofo mk3, 700km/tank for mixed city and highway drive is possible.

Automative magazine Autocar Malaysia december 2012 issue achived 836km/tank in thier local test drive.

The tank is 55liter btw

i dont think there will be a free 1000km free check up as the schedule is at 10k.....it will be considered as unschedule service and it will be charge on the service. correct me if im wrong......

How much is the charge for unschedule service? is it there is a warranty? As this issue is already being normal, Ford should bear the responsible and not to charge...

Greetings!

If all goes well, I'll be trading in my 5-year-old Toyota Vios S spec with a Ford Focus this coming Friday.

Question is: Sedan or Hatchback?

Personally, I love sedans and hatches are not my kind. However, from what I realised (I test drove both the sedan and hatch):

- The Titanium+ interior colour is beige full leather (I don't like the beige colour, and this is a very big factor for me)
- The Sport+ interior is black semi-leather (I love the black, but I prefer full leather)

- The Titanium+ comes with auto-adjusting seat for the driver.
- The Sport+ comes with manual adjusting seat for the driver.

- The Titanium+ comes with a blind-spot assist
- The Sport+ doesn't have that

- The Titanium+ only has 16" rims
- The Sport+ is fitted with 17" rims

- The interior space of the Sport+ feels bigger than the Titanium+ (could it be the bigger boot space allocated for the Titanium+?)

Anything else I missed out?

As much as I love sedans, I'm leaning slightly towards the Sport+ sole due to the interior colour. Can I confirm with you guys that the Titanium+ only comes with beige interior?

Tested it in the PJ SC.

Anyway, what are the common problems for this Ford Focus? Anything I should be worried about?

Read some comments that the Ford Focus parts are expensive as your BMWs, Audis etc., and the apparent poor service from the SC isn't helping matters.

Anyone can confirm this?

Ok thanks..dint know they already have stock for the ford focus sport.I have been waiting for 2 months cause they told me the new arrival will be at end of march. Not too sure about the pricing of the parts but maybe you can get the price list from the sc for common parts like brake pads, oil filter, side mirror and etc for comparison?

What i've been told by their service manager...there's no need to go for a service after 1k mileage...if u insist to change the eo, of course they will charge u...however they did check my car after 1k mileage for free wink.gif...its just normal checking without any oil replacement...i got the car from trio mantap btw wink.gif it will cost u 300++ i guess if u wanna change the oe

IMO there are no difference btw hb and sedan interm of interior space....the rear seat almost the same (sedan looks more spacious inside bcos of color (baige)...but for the rear bonet, of course the sedan more spacious ...my 2 cents thumbup.gif
