I know it sounds confusing. But that is how AEON call it.
You redeem your point for "Cash Rebate" where it show as credit in your statement.

I also do a screenshot as attached here. Notice the heading says "Cash Rebate" and the product you redeem is RM50 credit (AEON call it Cash Rebate) that require 12,500 points.

My application sent on 8/11. Received my card today 24/11... 10 working days?

Consider good. After 1 week, my application is still stuck at the Aeon outlet. Called up the person in charge of that branch and found out that the counter has not even pass the application form to her. If there is any hanky panky, I will definitely report to BNM.

If thats so I wanna complain to them as they replied twice by email and call back to say they'll inform me when the vouchers are available then will send it to me and when asked if same as Aeon Gold card where it can be transferred directly to aeon points but cant

normally when is the statement date and when is the payment due date for aeon credit???

All AEON Credit Card Statement Date = 10th of each month
Due Date = 2nd of each month
You cannot change those dates (unlike other banks)

Now only I know. No wonder so many people queue to pay CC in AEON counter at the end/beginning of the month only..

It's 2 weeks. I applied in Melaka actually. I think yours should be available in another week.

Looks like the statement date to due date is slightly longer than other bank.

You applied Watami? Lol, when I contacted the person in charged, she said there was only one application only recently. It must be you!

Today I submitted by fax : AEON Credit Limit Increase form with my latest EPF statement. In the evening, I received the call from AEON to inform me they are giving 2x my current Credit Limit.

That's very efficient indeed

few of my other cards has almost 2x AEON's CL each. i did the same earlier this year, what happened was i received a letter few weeks later inform me that my request was rejected i suspect its because I only use this card for BTs

wondering if you spend a lot with the card so they grant you CL increase?

You can get the form from any AEON Credit Servive outlets.
For me, I'm using WATAMI CC for Insurance Auto-debit + Balance Transfer only.

Honestly... I applied in February 2013.... then resubmit again in Nov 2013.... salary increase was very low only in April (how sad is that)

I just received a call back from AEON Credit stating my CL increase is now PENDING.

Reason given: my EPF statement was not printed from AEON Kiosk
That's a very very stupid reason.
If they asked for salary slip, I can understand....
