I called the cs and get to know my cc is approved and when i asked when can collect but the cs they will call me back once the card is ready but so far hv not receive any calls yet.

so normally how long does it take to be able to collect the cc??

yes, but remember that you need to swipe 12 times to waive the annual fee (second year).

I did not receive the free voucher upon application as the branch has no idea about it. I made a call to CS and according to her, usually it will be given upon approval. I know that is not true based on feedback here. Anyway, I will wait for the approval status first.

Same case as mine.

Maybe I was lucky - when I went to Watami @1U, innocently I asked them why I wasn't given the voucher, they just gave me one on the spot. So, I utilized it there and then.

I am aware of the free voucher and asked for it but they do not have any voucher with them. Too bad, thought wanna go to Watami next week but don't think they will process it that fast.

I have checked with booth at 1u Aeon there, the person said there is no free vouncher currently due to no promotion. Is this true? Or a vouncher wil be given upon approved or sign up?

More clear cut than voucher. Cash is king.
