QUOTE(xphonerz @ Apr 26 2013, 01:49 AM) @Wahroonga Farm One of those things we suspect:do you have any idea why if i use my ZTE MF680, the WAN dhcp lease time only 7200 sec ? from system log : CODE Apr 22 16:20:43 ROOter daemon.notice netifd: wan (2473): Lease of x.x.x.x obtained, lease time 7200 while if i use my 320U, the lease time longer (200k something) ? great firmware btw! DM says "The Sierra gets a very long lease time and the MF668 using QMI gets 7200 seconds. It has to be protocol related. But it isn't a problem since the lease renews when it expires and the connection remains up. Chalk it up to "One of those things"." So as long as your connection is not stopping with the lease, there is no issue |

QUOTE(ibnuasad @ Apr 28 2013, 01:26 AM) Just reduces the wifi range so can only use in my room well if u use security encryption WPA2 and mac id address filter, i dont think general normal user able to hack through it,.. Maybe reducing the Tx-Power will reduce power needed and reduce heat probably less power using = less heat,.. same theory apply to our computer too |
