u guys better go maxis center to get iphone..MEP always create problem wan..i believe most of you buy your iphone from MEP..so is better to get from maxis center instead of them

Anyone here tried the value added to add 10 no for 1 sen sms/ 8 sen calls?
Macam Activ10 but for postpaid user. I cannot find that one for ivalue plan. Only available for their normal plan. |

The only reply, they ask me to go maxis center TTDI to request 1 to 1 exchange since its still 1 day. Well, some time after subscibed to the iValue plan, got call from Maxis and they're offering 2 Value Extra plan FOC for the first month (which is a pretty standard fare for every new subscription). Last month I accompanied my gf to maxis to buy iPhone 5, finally every procedure done and when came to unbox the iPhone, I found a very tiny white spot at the edge of the phone, then I ask for replacement, the staff gave rm50 discount, I refuse to take the offer n insist for the replacement, at last they give rm150 discount, said they never open the box and hv no stock edi (I doubted), I accept the offer as really tiny spot which can't barely see, so next time u guys can insist more longer to get more discount haha...

today got my new + seal ip5... i check each and everything b4 i leave the MEPS.. now i satisfy with my 2nd ip5 already... this afternoon, maxis called me just to make sure everything goes smooth on my side... thanks god everyhting done without any hassle...

Hey guys,
Wanna ask. Anyone of you is a maxis user? Im using iPhone 4 btw facing "No Service" issue. However, switch on the 3G and Data toggle enable me to get the service again. I'm running 6.1. Anyone has an advice about how to fix it? Just happened today and it sucks! Thanks! |
