KLCC is the only place can be change on the spot within hours if they have the stock..other outlets need to take atleast 2 weeks..

this is maxis warranty..u have to pay every month and when u claim a new phone u need to pay rm250 for it to get a brand new phone

u guys better go maxis center to get iphone..MEP always create problem wan..i believe most of you buy your iphone from MEP..so is better to get from maxis center instead of them

Should include the fixed line as well. It do mentioned calls to any operators.

just some update today, friday i send email to CS and put their the MAXIS CEO on the cc list. And u know what, after 1hr i get a call from Maxis to clarify and issue.

yesterday again they called me after i sort of pushing their CS in twitter, they called me and update me on the status. and maxis are going to give me 3months waiver + confirm its brand new set. And in also request for the email as a confirmation of our conversation and i get the email yesterday with all the promise stated in the mails.

so now, in just reply their email to push them again. Hope can get a set as soonest possible..

i did complain about the MEP and the staff who entertain me that day.. on top of that, i lodge a complain to SKMM also.. they just called me this morning to get the details of the event... Lets see how....

Macam Activ10 but for postpaid user. I cannot find that one for ivalue plan. Only available for their normal plan.

today i signed a iphone 5 today at one utama, where he gave me the phone and have a check, when i was notice the bluetooth is keep flashing like the photo below:


The sales person told me this is a very common before maxis activate ur sim card after waiting for 4 hours ( i not so familiar with iphone) and i bring the phone go back.
After 4 hours the bluetooth still remain the same and i been searching around solution such as updating firmware, restore and reset all settings and remain the same.

I very frustrated and decided to go there once again by night, and kept complaint with their misleading on the phones. The only reply, they ask me to go maxis center TTDI to request 1 to 1 exchange since its still 1 day.
Does it possible to have exchange where i really not happy that what the sales person had done to me. =(

Tomorrow early morning by 9am i will go to TTDI and seek for more info.

Well, some time after subscibed to the iValue plan, got call from Maxis and they're offering 2 Value Extra plan FOC for the first month (which is a pretty standard fare for every new subscription). Not subscribing to it btw since it's no use to me.

So it seems that you can subscribe to Extra Ten (1/8 cent per SMS/calls) with iValue plans. Better call Maxis themselves to make sure.

Last month I accompanied my gf to maxis to buy iPhone 5, finally every procedure done and when came to unbox the iPhone, I found a very tiny white spot at the edge of the phone, then I ask for replacement, the staff gave rm50 discount, I refuse to take the offer n insist for the replacement, at last they give rm150 discount, said they never open the box and hv no stock edi (I doubted), I accept the offer as really tiny spot which can't barely see, so next time u guys can insist more longer to get more discount haha...

today got my new + seal ip5... i check each and everything b4 i leave the MEPS.. now i satisfy with my 2nd ip5 already... this afternoon, maxis called me just to make sure everything goes smooth on my side... thanks god everyhting done without any hassle...

Just give a call to the MC before u go.. Try to search at Maxis website, the contact no should be there...

Wanna ask. Anyone of you is a maxis user? Im using iPhone 4 btw facing "No Service" issue. However, switch on the 3G and Data toggle enable me to get the service again. I'm running 6.1.

Anyone has an advice about how to fix it? Just happened today and it sucks!
