Hello guys. I'm currently on iDiGi88 which is going to end next week.

I'd like to sign up for iValue Simple, however I wish to keep my current number. Does Maxis allow transfer from DiGi for iValue plan?

Hi ya,

May I know how long does it take for Maxis to issue the replacement? I read here that it might takes 14 days, but there's also numerous horrific complains in the maxis forums where it can take more than a month.

Anyone with personal experience boleh share?

Guys, i just wanna clarify and confirm with you all that the 333 minutes call to others in iValue 1 iPhone 5 package is RESERVED for call to other operators , which means if you call Maxis, it will auto use up the 1000 minutes first and won't touch your 333 mins unless you have finished the 1000 minutes Maxis to Maxis call time smile.gif

Hope this helps you all smile.gif I confirmed this by looking at my last month bill as well as called Maxis hotline 123 & Use Maxis chat online to double confirm smile.gif

p/s because i was wrongly told by the dealer, i only used 3 mins out of 333 mins in last month vmad.gif Wasted doh.gif

Maxis is so f***ed up...

Had my brother not reminding me, I also forgot I paid RM300 advance which was not refunded, instead being turned into deposit. My extension also become new and get penalised. Really need to check bills every months. My Home Fibre also got billing problem and not solved until now.

So, in the end, If we never reach 1000 mins Maxis to Maxis phone call, it indirectly means the 333 mins is allocated to Maxis-All Operators only right?

last time my 4s got wifi issue sent to SC, they say surrender phone will faster get a replacement unit....i waited for 2 weeks without surrender my phone also cant get any unti replaced mad.gif

So in the end did you claim the warranty or not eh? How long you have to wait to finally get the set replaced?

I dont knw if its just me or what. My ivalue simple quota finish up so fast within like 10-15 days for 1gb ... Just for web browsing ... Nvr dload or stream vids

Yes. If you have used 1200 mins Maxis to Maxis, that means your balance for Maxis to All Operators is left 133 mins.
