Finally I got my 32GB GOLD on Friday!!!
On Thursday, 11am, I tried my luck calling 123 again (5th time within 3 weeks) to check for my pre-booking status. This time, I am lucky, someone called Redzuan (customer service) answered my call. And he gave me the standard answer like the last 4 times

; my name is in the booking list, but no stock yet. Then, I asked is there any Maxis centers have stock now where I can walk in? He told me, eCurve have stock as on yesterday. I replied, that is yesterday's stock status, I do not want to waste my time to travel there and then find out no stock. Then, I asked him for help, if he can help to call eCurve to reserve 1 for me for just 1 hour, if yes, I will travel there immediately. He told me he will try to reach eCurve to help me, and ask me to wait. I waited till 5pm, no call no sms, then I know that I won't get it.
At 6:30pm, I received a call from 123, he is Redzuan!!!

He told me that he managed to help me to contact eCurve and have reserved 1 unit of 32GB Gold for me; I can go collect it tomorrow morning.

He have saved 1 Maxis customer; as I have decided to switch to Digi after my last call to 123.
