Is it okay to leave the routers (N66U) on 24/7? Will it decrease the lifespan?
Or is it recommended to switch off daily or suggested time?

Hi arshad,

Sorry this model don't have the function to increase the mW.

You can use repeater to increase the signal range.

Thank you

Hi spawney.

Only the below models support 4G WIMAX, tested on YES.
RT-N16U, RT-N65U, RT-N66U and RT-AC66U support 4G WiMAX.

Thank you

Hi,
I am having problem to get the 4G Go to work on the N16.
Updated firmware to 3.0.0.4.260. Can you share the setting that could make it works? Is the PIN CODE field needed?
Thanks.

Hi pennykia,

Has you try set the Channel bandwidth on the router to 40MHz? And check the speed again. This go to both the band.

Thank you.

Hi

May I know what is your current firmware version?

Currently the newest one is 3.0.0.4.360.

http://support.asus.com/Download.aspx?SLan...56U_3004360.zip

This version also can support AiCloud. Provided you need to put a USB drive to allow it install the app.

Thank you

The lower 40mhz doesn't give me better db, the 80mhz do give me better speed(702mb/s), after I boost the db power to 110mhz...

Network bandwidth monitoring work fine after I enable qos smile.gif
