If they don't have any more spare mainboards, the least they could do is to replace you with a brand new set. But sadly, Nokia is not Apple. Nokia's customer service used to be better. When I sent in my N82 to fix a camera shutter problem few years ago I got it back in a week.
After Elop took over he has been laying off people left and right. I think they have a lack of qualified customer support personnel now. |

guys and gals... you must grab this game! it's to me the first ever proper game which qualified for XBOX title lol...

I just came back from Nokia Care. They replaced a unit for me. I couldn't add a Microsoft account in the Nokia Care. Because of that I couldn't download any apps. So I came back, hard reset the phone and try again. SAME PROBLEM. hahahahahahahaEDIT: I got a call from their higher ups. Let's see how this would unfold. Hi guys just a question. I text and facebook message alot of my lumia 920. A lot meaning alot.. but honestly my batter is dying in like 8 tomax 11 hours. How do you all fare? Honestly is it the same? Cause its only texting thats basically it.
I am wondering if my battery is having an issue right now. Do let me know guys. Thanks. |
