when wp8 is turn off, alarm lock will ring?

i got problem with sending mms.
now using umobile, i already set apn for mms. any help?

didnt turn on data, let me restart & try again

well, so far no crash or reboot problem happen to my htc 8s (512mb)

only out of memory (lag) happen where the live tiles paused at the background if i press the middle button instead of back button (exit)

also screen takes a while to wake from sleep when i use airplane mode (offline).
feels like hibernate function of windows desktop

i use bluetooth and press one by one because this wp8 cannot extract compressed info (no file manager)
another way is backup contacts into sim card, then it will be readible from wp8.
but you lose some field of descriptions & caller id picture beause sim card only store name & number

any idea to find out what app i have downloaded before?

data sense function is bound by carrier (celcom digi maxis)

never do constant usage, but my charge cycle is twice a week
consider good for 4" screen.
