but on 25th jan my statement doesnt cashback 5% also ..
why ah ?

btw i paid full amount shown on statement amount on 26th, will i still get back the 5% cash back? mayb will minus for next month statement amt ?
*
You do aware that cash back will only be shown on M2U after 1st of the next month?
So whatever you spent in January only will be shown on 1st Feb or 2nd Feb. smile.gif

Your second question, yes, it will off-set in your next month's spending. smile.gif

Are you sure ? Because this is not exactly a new thing and many of us have gone through this before and a simple call to Maybank, then you will be able to add your AMEX into Paypal. This is because Maybank blocks AMEX for all Paypal related transaction until you give them a call. However, usually you only have to call them once and you'll be able to use your AMEX on Paypal without having to call them again next time,

Just called Maybank CS. She said I have to call them everytime I want to make Paypal transaction using AMEX.
For the past year, I did not have to call them to make the transactions.

Hello... That's cool. May I know which branch do you go, since the branch I usually visit (Bandar Puteri) mentioned they do not have it yet?

Let me know if application of maybank credit card still acceptable by pledging FD.

Interested to apply too if accepted.
*
It is possible, but instead of walking into card centre you need to go to branch

The 5% cash back will only show on 1st or 2nd of each month.

No matter what amount you paid, you will receive the 5% cash back on next statement.

Does the Maybank Card Centre in 1U process credit limit increase as well and is it instant?

I've emailed my 3 months play slip yesterday and no reply yet.

Planning to increase it to get something over the weekend. Currently already maximise my credit card limit.

Don't worry, I have the money to bank in in case and I never miss the dateline (always pay in full) just that I don't want to pay all outstanding fees before my due date. Better keep it in FD to collect interest

No, i have set and confirmed with maybank that the SMS alert will be triggered for ALL transactions expect recurring ones. This is over the counter transactions by the way. Well, just hope the transactions are not posted whistling.gif

For amex, it is the 4 digits at the front side of your card.

Wish you all the best then!!!
For AMEX, do give it a few more days to get "posted". Was it a large amount swipe ?

Just cucuk your card in the machine at the entrance. It will make a transaction (in this case it's free) and the barrier will open. Platinum parking is the most expensive parking in 1U and it's roof-less. I think it's like RM15 per entry? RM10 with OneCard or something.

New Wing, HSBC area and the taxi stand area. When I asked the CS during Christmas, they had a hard time telling me where it is.
