Just to double confirm.

Monthly 5% weekend rebate is from 1st day of the month till last day of the month? My bill cycle is on 26th of every month and the rebate usually appear on 31st of the month.

Just want to double confirm as i have a purchase to make in February (2/2) and would like to utilize the rebate.
*
31 Jan 2013 - Credit Weekend Rebate for January 2013
28 Feb 2013 - Credit Weekend Rebate for February 2013

So your spend on 2nd Feb will be part of the rebate to be received on 28 Feb 2013.

Did anyone sign up for the AMEX Express AutoPay for your biannual assessment fee? Would like to know when should I expect to see it deducted from my card?

I just applied end last year. Need to make sure otherwise will have to personally settle my bill before due date.

Thanks.

Cannot be earlier cos the campaign period started on 1 Dec 2012. smile.gif

Agreed though that it was likely exhausted in Dec 2012.

use the 'contact us' function at mbb website, they will take few days to respond to you. Ask them to attach the relevant forms for you to fill in. You can then reply them through email with relevant documents

I applied for this card and can't believe how fast I'm accumulating TPs. Nowadays my habit always to ask all merchandisers even though they do not display AMEX signs if they could accept my AMEX card.

hi guys, a question here, in maybank2u, if i go all cards, for an example, it will state:

Minimum Balance
Statement Balance
Outstanding Balance

What are the difference between these 3? From what I understand, minimum balance is the minimum amount you can pay.

Outstanding balance is the total payment due. How bout statement balance then?

I click pay any amount now for outstanding balance = paid the full amount written there, but my statement balance still have money left. What to do with it?

Can't wait to get mine to collect some TPs

I redeemed quite a few RM50 Giant vouchers using HSBC card , which took RM12K spend to accumulate each time, if I had these cards all along I'd have gotten far more rewards cry.gif
