same place where you insert your CC.
at first insert ur CC then wait for it to process, and it will says insert mesra card or start pump petrol, just the follow the instruction on screen nod.gif

hey guys , how do I stop maybank from sending the hardcopy monthly statement to house and request for e-statement ? because I studying in oversea right now, cannot receive the hardcopy statement, prefer they send to my email.

in MB2U, I found "Email Statement Delivery" under Bill and Statement, I've entered the my email address and pw, so maybank will send softcopy instead of hardcopy to me right now?

More than a month since I made FD to get this card - they lost my first application - apparently will be finished by this week finally.

When I applied for HSBC Premier card it only took a few days - this process has been really slow sad.gif

You want to compare a Premier level service and a normal card service. Really not comparable.
However, it's something common to all service industry in Malaysia. (Even coffee shops) Try comparing S Korea, you'll gasp with amazement. Even swiping your credit card and approving the transactions takes about 5 sec or less. (Some shops max within 2-3 seconds) Anything more is considered slow - bear in mind ... generally the folks here have a different mindset altogether. So it's not so simple as to expect the Malaysian hospitality and service industry to be able to change just like that.

seems like the king of credit cards. i read thru all the pages in this thread, so many people applied thru the 60mins approval centre. i'm at johor, i'm wondering is there such maybank centres in johor that offer 60 mins card approval?

how is the procedure?
fill in the paper form first beforehand, and only bring ic?
is this application the same as rhb-easy?
do i need to bring income docs?
if within 1 hour, do they have time to call my office for verification??

is this maybank card centre, the same branch that offer the maybankone 10 mins loan at aeon jusco, melaka??

not sure which branches providing the 60min approval, but had mine applied at 1U maybank. (u need to check it before heading to any branch....)

for the application, they need your 3 month salary slip and 3 month bank statement (which ur salary bank in).

i had mine done on sunday, so i don think they called my office? smile.gif

Actually, to be their Private Banking customer, you don't need as much as some other banks like UOB, with it's RM500k requirement. Additionally, Maybank Private Banking's service is relatively good. thumbup.gif
