I've activated my cards...... but I cannot register my AMEX card with Paypal.... (but I can with my MC)

How does one verify an AMEX on paypal.... AMEX does not accept the MYR 10 used by PAYPAL to confirm the card?..... instead of USD?....

Some observation on maybank's system:
Non consistent record of transactions Though the amount is recorded 1 to two days after (as a single amount, not individual break down), no details of each transaction even after 4 days. Alliance bank at least is better in this respect.... and I suppose that they even block Palpal transactions even less than Maybank |

I got the impression every single ebay/paypal transaction that I need to do, I 've to call up Maybank.... now that's a major pain in the buttocks.
I've requested ta a period of window to be opened (few days to a week) last month, but not allowed now?!!! |
