Ok.

You filled your paper on the spot or beforehand?

I think I'll take the KLCC branch. Closer to me and during lunchtime, I can escape there a bit before heading back to reality.

Besides, during lunch time, people would be wrestling for food, not lining up for CC tongue.gif

just call MBB CS and check if you are imposed any penalty fee or interst. If yes, request them to waive it for you. Usually for first time most card issuer will waive for you, second time, good luck.

Cool. This is first time for me but I yet to call. Will check later. However, if they remain charging me, is it possible for me to terminat the card and apply again after a week? Will this way give me back 8.88%?

Thanks!

Surprise to see the ad on the 15% cashback in The Star. Many people expect the cash back to be exhausted by the first weekend and yet this is happening.

Not sure whether this has been mentioned before, but i remember reading it somewhere here before.

For auto billing transactions, won't receive transaction sms. And even when I use my mastercard to book a hotel online yday, didn't receive any transaction sms.

It will be calculated as January 2013's Weekend Rebate.... can share which Merchant which does slow posting ?
This is very good for those who exhausted Dec's weekend rebate and get to "utilise" next month's quota.

5x TP is still guaranteed.

The 5% cash back when the direct debit is being transacted to your AMEX card. If the transaction falls on weekend, you'll get it provided you haven't exhaust the monthly RM 50 quota. Otherwise, you'll get zero if the transaction date falls on weekday.

most of the overseas transactions i have done in the past are slow in posting into the system. usually more than 2 days to get it reflected in online system. therefore overseas transactions done last weekend, the cash rebate should be reflected in January's RM50 quota

That's an idea in itself to "utilise-in-advance" weekend Cash back... Works well for weekends which are on 30th/31st

Hey has anyone experience this before in M2U? I purchased something the other day but in my CC, there's no line item with the transaction/posting but it appears in the amount to pay now.

I've not pay it off yet, should I wait first or should I call Maybank and ask?
