if u worry about this..just de-activate the online transaction for this card..
then there will be slim chance for fraud to happen

It happens to random users only. Amex is likely not to hold you liable for it. I think there's nothing to worry

Yesterday called Amex for fraud online transaction US$8.20 Karma Inc.
The card was cancelled immediately and today the replacement card is ready for collection at KLCC branch at no cost.
Good service.

To use your AMEX, just register the card with your PayPal but no need to verify, that's what PayPal customer service told me. Just verify one card will do to remove the account transfer limit, any other extra cards do not need to go through the verification.

Well both my cards, needed activation/verification code to be activated for transaction... however paypal was charging me (verification) in MYR which cannot go through... I contacted paypal to change the charge to USD which went through, and the activation code was obtained 4 to 5 days later (through Maybank2U)...

just book a hotel using Agoda. from what i see, paying in USD is cheaper than paying in RM.



as expected, i has been charged about rm20 less when converting USD to RM in my statement.



what really make the difference is, hotel tax and service charge. in USD, i have been charged RM40 less than in RM. is Agoda really charge service and tax less in USD than RM??
